How far apart should the sessions be?
Ideally spread them over 3-4 weeks. This gives your nervous system time to integrate each session while building momentum. You choose the timing that works for you.
Can I do them closer together?
Yes. Some people do them weekly. Others prefer more space. It depends on your nervous system's capacity. We'll recommend what works best for you.
Is the third session different from the first?
 Each session meets you where you are. By session 3, you'll go deeper because your nervous system has learned it's safe.
How long do results last after the three sessions?
The changes you make are yours. Many clients report that the shift lasts months. Some people choose the 30-Day program to deepen even further.
What if I don't feel different after the three sessions?
