At Black Cat Breathwork, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality immersive wellness experiences. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets or booking sessions.

General Policy
All ticket purchases are generally non-refundable once confirmed. By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Rescheduling Instead of Cancellation

If you are unable to attend your booked event, you may request to transfer or reschedule your ticket to another available Black Cat Breathwork session, subject to availability and approval.

Cancellation by Attendee
• Tickets cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled event may be forfeited.
• Change-of-mind purchases are not guaranteed a refund.
• Failure to attend the event without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the ticket.

Event Cancellation by Organizer
Black Cat Breathwork reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule events due to:
• Force majeure
• Venue issues
• Severe weather conditions
• Facilitator illness
• Safety concerns
• Emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

If an event is cancelled by Black Cat Breathwork, attendees may be offered:
• Event credit
• Rescheduled booking
• Refund where applicable

1. Approved Refunds
   Where a refund is approved, payments will be returned to the original payment method within approximately 3–5 business days depending on banking/payment provider processing times.

2. Non-Transferable Costs
   Certain booking fees, payment processing charges, or third-party platform fees may be non-refundable where applicable.
