Black Cat Breathwork sessions are wellness experiences and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

Our services do not replace:

• Psychological treatment

Eligibility to Participate

Participants must be 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to attend.

By booking a session, participants confirm they are physically and mentally capable of participating responsibly.

Participants acknowledge they participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for their own wellbeing throughout the session.

Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical, psychiatric, respiratory, cardiovascular, neurological, or physical conditions before participating.

Participation may not be suitable for individuals who are:

• Pregnant

• Experiencing severe mental health conditions

• Diagnosed with psychosis or schizophrenia

• Experiencing epilepsy or seizures

• Recovering from major surgery

• Experiencing serious cardiovascular conditions

Black Cat Breathwork reserves the right to refuse participation if safety concerns arise.

By participating, attendees understand that breathwork may involve:

Participants knowingly and voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation.

Tickets & Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability.

Ticket purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Tickets may be transferable or rescheduled subject to approval and availability.

Black Cat Breathwork reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.

Cancellation Policy

Tickets cannot be cancelled once purchased.

Attendees may request to reschedule to another available session with prior notice.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before an event may be forfeited.

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule events due to:

• Force majeure

• Venue issues

• Weather conditions

• Facilitator illness

• Safety concerns

• Emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

• If an event is cancelled by Black Cat Breathwork, attendees may be offered:

• Rescheduling

• Event credit

• Refund where applicable

 

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Refund approval remains at the discretion of Black Cat Breathwork unless legally required.

Change-of-mind purchases may not qualify for refunds.

Photography & Media Consent

Photos, videos, testimonials, and recordings may occasionally be captured during events for marketing, promotional, educational, or social media purposes.

Where practical, attendee consent may be requested prior to capturing or publicly sharing identifiable content.

Participants may notify facilitators if they do not wish to appear in content.
