The Path to Liberation is a 67-minute ceremonial breathwork experience designed to help you release shame, heal emotional wounds, and break free from toxic cycles.
Guided by Mick Phipps and rooted in his own healing journey through family addiction, this session takes place in a symbolic forest where you're guided by spirit animals, immersed in nature's soundscape, and held in a sacred fire release ceremony.
Each breath peels back the layers of guilt, fear, and old stories—leading you into a space of renewal, belonging, and deep emotional liberation.
