Through a blend of slow, down-regulating breathwork, guided body scans, and hypnotic affirmations, you'll release mental chatter and drop into a state of grounded awareness. Gentle box breathing and visualization work guide you layer by layer, dissolving attachments to the past and anxieties about the future, until all that remains is a spacious, calm awareness of now.
